Thalia asks, "I would think an aspect of 2 or 3 should be high enough for 
   screams that high, right?"
Thalia says (to birralee), "okay, that makes me think of a washing

Birralee says, "presuming I don't want to scream down comets for Nathan"
Pete says, "Yeah. For the sake of argument, let's say 3."
Pete asks, "Local effect?"

   to be one-trick, then you can even make your scream up to Aspect 6."
Pete says, "Timing."
Nathan says, "I don't know what happens at level 6"
Nathan says, "maybe you can shatter rocks"
Pete says, "The Imperator asks us to turn it down."

Birralee says, "I'll see what the GM has to say, and think about

Thalia asks, "if i lower penetration to 3 - it will kill some nobles,

Nathan says, "realistically most people aren't going to have more than
